The ParticleQuest app keeps learning data on your device. The website requires no account and does not send your quiz answers to us. This policy explains the app, website, and support email separately.

The app: offline learning and local data

ParticleQuest is an offline Japanese particle learning app. It does not collect or transmit personal information and includes no advertising, analytics tracking, or account system. Lesson progress, practice history, and settings stay locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

The website: information needed to deliver pages

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. When you visit, network infrastructure may process your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and necessary security logs to deliver pages and protect the service. This differs from the offline app. We do not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts to the website. Cloudflare privacy policy

Website practice and search

Quiz choices, feedback, and scores run in the current browser page. They are not sent to a server, tied to an account, or saved to persistent local storage. Reloading or closing the page clears them. Library search also filters guides locally in the page.

App stores and external links

Purchases, payments, downloads, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. We do not receive your payment card details. When you follow an external link, that service’s privacy policy applies to your interaction with it.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, which we use to respond to and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information. Contact us at the same address if you want support correspondence deleted.

Deleting data and children’s privacy

You can clear local app data through available app or operating-system controls. Uninstalling normally removes app storage; device backups remain governed by your system settings. We do not collect personal data from users of any age through the app, or collect children’s personal information through website quizzes.
